THE KPF LINE
When together, forwards Richie Urquizu, Mike Brewster, and Stefano Palazzolo make up the Kaiser Permanente Fontana Line.

All three have a common thread-- they work at the same place and live in the same town. Heres a look at Kaiser Permanente and Fontana's boys on the Kaiser line.

The Kings fallingLeft- the three of of the KPF Line celebrate after scoring - Forwards Stefano Palazzolo and Mike Brewster have always been known as the cousin connection starting early with their roller hockey careers. Both come from a town that doesnt probably even know the difference between a hockey stick and a pool que. Enter Richie Urquizu, who basically lived at his girlfriends house no more than 2 blocks from both Palazzolo and Brewster. It wasn't until 1998 when all three would step on the ice together for the first time, and all 3 were raised in Fontana.

In a town full of high school football crazy residents, its funny how it took that long for them to be united on the ice. In 1995 Brewster was newly employeed at Kaiser Permanente in Fontana in the Pharmacy. In 1998, Palazzolo joined the Kaiser team working in the chartroom. Not far after that, Urquizu joined Brewster in the pharmacy, and all 3 have been there since.

Urquizu and PalazzoloRight- Palazzolo looking to hitch a ride with Urquizu in background - The 3 havent really been on a line together continusly throughout a season. There was a couple of times last season where the 3 would be lined up, but it just didn't click. This year as Urquizu being one of the centers and Brewster and Palazzolo lined up, there will be shots this time when all 3 of the KPF line is on the ice, and after being on the team for 3 years, its time to click.
